CHIA YOGHURT WITH FRUIT

 

Ingredients

  • 100g natural yoghurt
  • 2 tsp chia seeds 
  • 1 tbs almonds, roughly chopped 
  • 1 tbs pecans, roughly chopped 
  • ½ green apple, finely sliced 
  • 1 tbs berries 

Method

  1. Add the yoghurt to your serving bowl, combine the chia seeds and mix through well. Let it sit for 10 minutes allowing the chia seeds to soak and expand.
  2. Meanwhile roughly chop the almonds and slice the apple. 
  3. Add the almonds, pecans, apple and berries to the yoghurt chia mix.
