CHIA YOGHURT WITH FRUIT
- 100g natural yoghurt
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbs almonds, roughly chopped
- 1 tbs pecans, roughly chopped
- ½ green apple, finely sliced
- 1 tbs berries
- Add the yoghurt to your serving bowl, combine the chia seeds and mix through well. Let it sit for 10 minutes allowing the chia seeds to soak and expand.
- Meanwhile roughly chop the almonds and slice the apple.
- Add the almonds, pecans, apple and berries to the yoghurt chia mix.
