GLUTEN FREE MUESLI
- 1 cup gluten free rolled oats
- 1 cup puffed amaranth
- 1 cup puffed rice
- 1 tbs roasted buckwheat groats
- ½ cup natural almonds
- ½ cup natural pecans
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- ½ cup pumpkin seeds
- 3 tsp cinnamon powder
Can remain untoasted and combine all ingredients into a large airtight container.
- Add all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix together. Add the coconut oil and maple syrup and combine well.
- Heat a frypan on low to medium, add the granola mix and slowly mix with a wooden spoon for 6 – 8 minutes. Allow the granola to cool and transfer to an airtight container.
½ cup to 1 cup of Gluten free granola with almond milk, optional to add natural Greek yoghurt and some fruit
