• 1 cup gluten free rolled oats 
  • 1 cup puffed amaranth 
  • 1 cup puffed rice 
  • 1 tbs roasted buckwheat groats
  • ½ cup natural almonds 
  • ½ cup natural pecans
  • 1 cup coconut flakes 
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds 
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds 
  • 3 tsp cinnamon powder 

Can remain untoasted and combine all ingredients into a large airtight container.  


  1. Add all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix together. Add the coconut oil and maple syrup and combine well. 
  2. Heat a frypan on low to medium, add the granola mix and slowly mix with a wooden spoon for 6 – 8 minutes. Allow the granola to cool and transfer to an airtight container.


½ cup to 1 cup of Gluten free granola with almond milk, optional to add natural Greek yoghurt and some fruit
