• ½ cup brown rice flakes 
  • ½ cup almond milk 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1 tsp cinnamon 
  • 2 tbs berries 
  • ½ pear, cubed 
  • 1 tbs pumpkin seeds 
  • 1 tbs chia seeds 
  • 2 tbs roasted buckwheat groats (optional)
  • 4 tbs natural Greek yoghurt (coconut yoghurt for lactose free)


1 Soak the brown rice flakes, almond milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds and pear either in one large container or in few individual size containers overnight.

·       I would recommend using small jars, individual serving sizes, that you can consume each day. This saves time in the morning when you are rushing out the door.  

2 The next day fold through the yoghurt, add the buckwheat groats and additional fruit.
