Turmeric scrambled eggs



  • 2 organic free range eggs
  • 1 tbs water 
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil 
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper 
  • Handfull kale chopped 
  • Black pepper and pink salt to season 


  1. Preheat the pan with oil on medium
  2. Add kale to pan and cook until soft 
  3. Whisk eggs, water, turmeric and cayenne pepper
  4. Add the egg mixture to the kale
  5. Gently stir through and let it sit for a minute or two
  6. Gently stir until mixture is just cooked through
  7. Serve on a plate 
  8. Optional: add sauerkraut and avocado
