Banana almond pancakes



  • 1 banana 
  • 1 egg 
  • !/2 cup gluten free oats 
  • 1/4 cup lactose free milk or almond milk 


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender
  2. Blend until well combined 
  3. Heat a non-stick frypan and add butter 
  4. Using a large dessert spoon add mixture to pan
  5. Cook until bubbles appear on surface of mixture and flip 
  6. Cook the second side for another minute or until golden brown
