Raw nut and Fruit Muesli

 

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup gluten free unroasted rolled oats
  • 2 cups puffed rice

  • ½ cup roasted buckwheat groats

  • 1/2 cup hazel nuts

  • 1/2 cup pecans, roughly chopped  

  • ½ cup coconut flakes

  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds

  • ¼ cup dried cranberries

  • ¼ cup sultanas (remove for lowFODMAP)

     

    Method

    Combine all ingredients into a large airtight container
