Spiced Chicken Burger
300g thigh chicken
1 white onion
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp chilli flakes or fresh chilli
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
Bread crumbs (gluten free)
Add all ingredients, accept the bread crumbs, to a food processor or thermo mix.
Blend until well combined
Alternatively use chicken mince and thinly slice all the ingredients. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Roll mince into balls, recommend 1-2 tbsp size, and thoroughly cover with bread crumbs.
Heat the fry pan with oil on medium high.
Fry chicken burgers until golden brown and cooked through
