CHOC BANANA BALLS

 
 

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe bananas 
  • ½ cup gluten free oats
  • 1 tbsp carob powder 
  • 1/3 cup sultanas 
  • 2/3 cup desiccated coconut, extra might be required

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until combined well, leave 1/3 cup of coconut for rolling. 
  2. Add additional coconut if required to ensure mixture is firm enough to hold and shape. 
  3. Roll into bite size balls.
  4. Roll through additional coconut  
  5. Refrigerate
