CHOC BANANA BALLS
- 1 ripe bananas
- ½ cup gluten free oats
- 1 tbsp carob powder
- 1/3 cup sultanas
- 2/3 cup desiccated coconut, extra might be required
- Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until combined well, leave 1/3 cup of coconut for rolling.
- Add additional coconut if required to ensure mixture is firm enough to hold and shape.
- Roll into bite size balls.
- Roll through additional coconut
