FUN FISH CAKES
- 2 fillets white fish fillet
- 1 egg
- 1 tbs coriander
- 1/3 medium sweet potato, peeled and grated
- ½ frozen peas
- Pinch pink salt
- Blend the fish in a food processor.
- Add all the remaining ingredients in a large bowl and combine with your hands
- Roll into small balls.
- Place the fish balls into a preheated frypan and flatten gently.
- Cook until slightly browned on each side
