FUN FISH CAKES

 
 

Ingredients

  • 2 fillets white fish fillet 
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbs coriander 
  • 1/3 medium sweet potato, peeled and grated  
  • ½ frozen peas
  • Pinch pink salt 

Method

  1. Blend the fish in a food processor. 
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients in a large bowl and combine with your hands
  3. Roll into small balls. 
  4. Place the fish balls into a preheated frypan and flatten gently. 
  5. Cook until slightly browned on each side
