MINI CHICKEN SAUSAGES

 
 

Ingredients

  • 300g lean chicken mince
  • 1 brown onion, finely diced 
  • 2 eggs  
  • ½ tsp nutmeg 
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • 2 tbs fresh parsley, chopped 
  • Extra virgin olive oil 
  • Season with salt and pepper 

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients well in a large bowl. 
  2. Roll the mixture into little sausage shapes with your hands.  
  3. Panfry on medium heat in some oil until golden brown
