TAHINI BALLS

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp tahini 
  • 1 tbs natural raw honey 
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut 
  • 1 cup dried apricots 
  • ¼ cup almonds or almond meal (flaxseed meal for nut free) 

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until well combined
  2.  Roll inot small balls 
  3. Coat with additional desiccated coconut 
  4. Store in the fridge
