Quinoa Breakfast Jar

Quinoa breakfast jar


2-3 tbsp quinoa cooked
2 tsp chia seeds
1 - 2 tbsp natural yoghurt (coconut yoghurt for dairy free) 
1 tbsp blueberries
1 tsp cinnamon


Precook the quinoa in fresh simmering water and let it cool
Layer the ingredients in a jar, quinoa, yoghurt, chia seeds, cinnamon, yoghurt and berries
Using a spoon stir the ingredients together and enjoy
