Protein Pikelets with tahini and almonds



  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup almond meal
  • 1/4 cup almond milk 
  • 1 large tbsp tahini


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender
  2. Blend until well combined 
  3. Heat a non stick frypan with butter on medium to high 
  4. Place 1 tbsp of mixture into the pan, once the mixture begins to bubble then flip 
  5. Cook second side for another 30 seconds
