Hummus

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cups chickpeas, drained and rinsed well 
  • 1 lemons juice 
  • ½ orange juice (remove for lowFODMAP)
  • 1 garlic clove (remove for lowFODMAP)
  • 2 tbs hulled tahini
  • ½ tsp cumin 
  • 1/4 cup water (adjust accordingly)
  • 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil 
  • Season with salt and pepper  

 

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend well. 
  2. Adjust texture with additional water
  3. season with salt and pepper
