Lamb Skewers



  • 300g minced lamb
  • 1/2 brown onion, finely diced (remove for lowFODMAP) 
  • 1 egg 
  • 1 tsp cumin powder 
  • ½ cup sesame seeds 
  • Pepper and salt to season  


  1. Add all ingredients, except the sesame seeds, into a large bowl and combine well. 
  2. Roll into small bite size.
  3. Roll the lamb in the sesame seeds.
  4. Optional to add the skewer stick at this point
  5. Cook the lamb in a frypan or on a BBQ until slightly browned or cooked through
