- 300g minced lamb
- 1/2 brown onion, finely diced (remove for lowFODMAP)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- ½ cup sesame seeds
- Pepper and salt to season
- Add all ingredients, except the sesame seeds, into a large bowl and combine well.
- Roll into small bite size.
- Roll the lamb in the sesame seeds.
- Optional to add the skewer stick at this point
- Cook the lamb in a frypan or on a BBQ until slightly browned or cooked through
