Dukkah

 

Ingredients 

2 tsp unroasted almonds
2 tsp hazel nuts
2 tsp pine nuts
1 tsp sesame seeds
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili flakes (optional) 
1/2 tsp pink salt 

Method
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until coarsely chopped. This is the unroasted option. Great to add to dishes that are going to be baked for example cauliflower, salmon, mushrooms and pizza.

Roasted Dukkah
Place the nuts and seeds into a frypan with no oil. Fry until slightly browned. Remove from heat and place in a food processor. Add the cumin, salt and chilli flakes to the roasted nuts and seeds. Blend until coarsely chopped. Add additional salt, cumin and chilli flakes for preferred taste
