Two ingredient pizza



1/3 cup mushrooms sliced
1/3 cup cherry tomatos sliced in half
1/4 cup cheese lactose free
1 tbsp tomato paste
Olive oil


Refer to Homemade gluten free pizza for instructions on making your own pizza base

Optional to preheat oven to 180°C and use a pizza base stone (if you have one) or if you have a pizza oven use that. If you don't have a pizza stone or pizza oven it is fine. You can place the pizza on foil in the oven however the bottom of the base may not cook as well and crisp up. 

Evenly spread the tomato paste over the base. 
Evenly spread the mushrooms and tomatoes over the base. 
Sprinkle the cheese over the pizza
Drizzle olive oil around the outer crust. This will the crust extra crunchy
